Mr. Jiang has been practicing as a litigation attorney in the Silicon Valley for more than ten years. He specializes in business litigation, family law and business transactions. He has represented many corporate and individual clients in various types of lawsuits and business transactions. He has litigated in both Federal and State Courts and obtained abundant experience as a trial lawyer.
Mr. Jiang also has extensive experience in complex business immigration practice. He has successfully represented large number of clients in obtaining L-1 and H-1 visa applications, and subsequent green cards applications. Mr. Jiang also has successful experience in handling appeal cases for failed green card applications before the USCIS and Federal Court of Appeals.
Mr. Jiang was educated in the Beijing University Law School and remains good standing as a practicing attorney in the People’s Republic of China. Prior to coming to America, he had practiced transactional and petroleum law in mainland China for two years.
Mr. Jiang enjoys traveling and playing Go, a traditional Asian chess game. He won the champions of the U.S. Congress Go Tournaments 3 times before he had his private legal practice.
