Before joining this law firm, Ms. Shen has practiced in the area of immigration law in a New York based boutique law firm.  She has been concentrating on serving companies and individuals in commercial as well as family related immigration matters.  She has solid experiences in courtroom appearance, motion practices and hearings.  She has successfully represented many individuals and companies in applications for PERM, EB-1, EB-2, NIM, L-1, and H-1Bs.  Ms. Shen has multiple cases published from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Board of Immigration Appeals.
