Mr. Jiang has been practicing as a litigation attorney in the Silicon Valley for more than twenty years. He specializes in business litigation, family law and business transactions. He has represented many corporate and individual clients in various types of lawsuits and business transactions. He has litigated in both Federal Courts and State Courts and obtained abundant experience as a trial lawyer. He has helped many overseas companies starting business in the U.S. from the initial stage of incorporation to the subsequent merger and acquisitions, labor law issues, business disputes and etc.
Mr. Jiang also has extensive experience in complex business immigration practice. He has successfully represented large number of clients in obtaining Eb-1a, Eb-1c, L-1 and H-1 visa applications, and subsequent green cards applications. Mr. Jiang also has successful experience in handling appeal cases for failed green card applications before the USCIS AAO and Federal Court of Appeals.
Mr. Jiang was educated in Beijing University Law School and the Law School of Wisconsin University. He was a practicing attorney in the People’s Republic of China prior to coming to America and had practiced transactional law in P.R. China for two years.
Mr. Jiang enjoys traveling and playing Go, a traditional Asian chess game. He won the champions of the U.S. Congress Go Tournaments 3 times before he established his private legal practice.
