March 2009

October 2008

December 2007

This law firm obtained a favorable settlement in a lawsuit concerning the ownership of a 410-acre vacant land in the County of Butte. Plaintiff/cross-defendant client from Hong Kong filed a lawsuit for quiet title, among others, in the Superior Court of California, County of Butte.


May 2007

This law firm obtained a jury verdict of more than $180,000 on behalf of plaintiff client in an employment case. The case was filed in the Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo. Subsequently, the court also awarded plaintiff client more than $80,000 in attorney’s fees and costs.


September 2005

Represented a defendant client in a breach of contract, negligent and fraud action involving marine cargo inspection services. Plaintiff filed a lawsuit in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, demanding more than $2 million in damages. The action was eventually settled for less than $40,000 in favor of defendant client.


November 12, 2004
