Ashley practices in the area of commercial and intellectual property litigation. She has been concentrating on serving companies in patent and complex commercial litigation. She has represented many companies based or doing business in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. Before coming to the United States, Ashley was a practicing attorney at the Beijing Headquarters of King & Wood, PRC Lawyers, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in China. Before joining this law firm, Ashley had practiced as a litigation associate in a Silicon Valley litigation firm for 5 years and had been a partner in an IP litigation firm for 3 years.
Ashley was the host of several TV programs when in China. She was born in China and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
